[RC5] shutdown on login?

This sounds easy.  If you create a batch file that has something like "net stop dnetc" in it and then another batch file to run it as admin like 
"runas:administrator stopdnet.bat" and add the password to it you have it made.  There is, however, an inherent security risk in this.
