[RC5] Slow Block from Keyservers

Just wondering why all of the keyservers seem to send/receive keys so
slowly? Anyone else notice this. I have tried all of the
us.v29.distributed.net keyservers and they all seem about the same. I am
not on dialup and I hit a DS3 on my first hop out of our network, I am sure
it's not on our end.

Thanks,
Bill
