[RC5] continuation? (OT)

Even worse is the "osa" program that office installs to run at startup. 
 It's loads lots of office DLLs into memory to give office apps the 
appearance of loading quickly.  Of course with office DLLs in ram, not 
only does office appear to start quickly, but competitors applications 
appear to start slowly cause they have to wait for the windows swapper 
to take action.
