Windows 2000 Group Policy can do this. You can also have startup and
shutdown scripts that run on a per-machine (not per-user) basis with
Group Policy.

I have to ask, though, why you're doing this. Are you trying to hide the
client from an active administrator on a machine that you don't have
permission to run it on?

To continue here in a different direction, it appears that Win2k allows
for starting a program (or batch file) under the environment tab.  Is
there a way to run another program when the client logs off?
