You'll see much less than 2x improvement, if any. Hyperthreading looks
like a second CPU to the OS, but in reality it is merely a second set of
registers and a second decoder that uses the same execution pipelines
from the main processor, but only when they're idle.

D.net clients already use at least one of the execution pipelines in
your processor very efficiently, which means the 2nd "virtual"
hyperthreaded CPU won't have much opportunity to use the main execution
pipelines.
