I run dnetc on my g3 400 at .... very less. -(
So, with power pc 970 it will be more again.

    Yes, that is true - there are no signs of a Mac OS 9 client. One could
always hope that the optimized Mac OS X will spark the development of the
Mac OS 9 client...
