[RC5] Various blocks still missing...

Random blocks are not exactly random; their subspace (leading 12 bits of the 
key) is specified at compile-time, and can be overridden by properly crafted 
packets sent by the keymaster. The keymaster is not handing out keys from the 
random subspace. Even if it did, the probability of matching keys is 
vanishingly small at this point of the contest.
