[RC5] Pentium 4 Prescott Processors, and the ROT function.

Out of the three major cpu camps, the order of best to worst is Mac, AMD, Intel. Has been for years and doesn't look like its going to change any time soon. I buy AMD only because its better at dnet then Intel. I would go with a Mac but getting new games to run on it is horriable.
