[RC5] New Speeds - dnetc v2.9011-496-GTR-05060215 for Win32

I've upgraded to the new client on 2 systems so far, and did notice some speed changes. 1 good, 1 bad.

Old Client = dnetc v2.9009-494-GTR-04081423 for Win32
New Client = dnetc v2.9011-496-GTR-05060215 for Win32
All OS = Windows XP SP2

Dell Laptop (D610) -> Pentium M 1.6
    Old client speed = [3,879,387 keys/s]
    New client speed = [4,228,226 keys/s] with manually selected core#7, DNETC automatically chooses Core#3 (See Output 1)
    Output 2 is the benchmarks.

HP Workstation -> Pentium 4 (Northwood) 2.4 GHz
    Old client speed = [4,228,715 keys/s] using core #7 (SGP 3-pipe)
    New client speed = [3,500,049 keys/s] using core #7 (SGP 3-pipe)
    There is a conciderable drop in speed on this processor. See Output 3 for benchmarks from this system.
