WinCE supports a version of the Win32 GetSystemPowerStatus kernel
function (GetSystemPowerStatusEx to be exact) and so it's possible
for the Dnetc client to pause when on battery power instead of AC
power with minor changes for WinCE. This functionality works just
fine with Dnetc in Win32/64 notebooks. I hate to point it out, but it
should be plainly obvious that portable devices and their OS'
supports and consequently apps can also support power management
these days since even desktops do.
