[RC5] OGR stub Handouts

I have just started up an 8 processor machine.  I was looking at the stubs and
it would seem that the client is opening the same stub twice?

dnetc v2.9013-500-CTR-07070322 for Win32 (WindowsNT 5.2).

Why is this the case?  This isn't the first time, but I thought it strange when
3 out of 8 processors were working on the same stub.
