[RC5] Subphase 4 and 5 of OGR-25

I was thinking the same thing - Subphases 4 and 5 should be very close to finished.  It's been a very long time since I've seen 6-stubs.  I wrote to dnetc about a month ago, and they told me that they were still sending 6-stubs out.  With subphase 8 now starting, and over 80% complete, how many 6-stubs can possibly be left?
