[RC5] ATI Radeon 6850 performance

There is an existing bug open - 
http://bugs.distributed.net/show_bug.cgi?id=4358, and it was just 
assigned to Vyacheslav Chupyatov, so it should be in good hands now. I 
was just uncertain if I was missing something or not.
